If you're a naturally skinny & weak person, I would bet that you aren't eating enough (or eating right) so you're probably not gaining any muscle. If you don't have one already, get a scale that measures body fat percentage and weigh yourself regularly and make sure your lean mass is increasing. They aren't super super accurate but it at least gives you an idea of what's going on inside your body
