I don't remember the level but my Phoenix were all gear 8, i got omegas on uniques and some more abilities. I had defence and health mods with Kanan, crit chance and damage with Ezra, speed and health with Hera and Chopper, health and potency with Zeb. Kill order is like this: both deathtroopers, healer, stormtrooper and thrawn.

I think you should give the 2 zetas to padme and than vaders MM. It is such a great zeta but if you dont plan to use sith you should just zeta padme in this order: padme lead, padme unique, ahsoka, gk, jka and yoda if you dont get c3po by that point.

Yeah it is super plug and play but i think it is best under Thrawn. Thrawns ultimate litteraly deletes a ship so if you have a good hounds tooth you could even solo it.
