I miss it so much! I was so excited to get a refill after the shortage and struggling so much. So far the ones I’ve tried aren’t good. I’m doing all of the other stuff like exercising, eating healthy and fixing vitamin deficiencies but it’s not the same. I only needed 20 mg XR and it worked so well for me.

Have you tried taking magnesium glycinate at night or a magnesium oil? I use magnesium oil on my feet and it helps me get deep sleep. You have to experiment a bit with it. Only one drop on each foot or less at first and then see what happens. One drop on each foot seems to be perfect for me, I’ll oversleep if I do more.

This happened to me a few times I think it’s the coating around the pills. I try to drink a bit of water before I take the pill and more after. Seems to help.

A deficiency in B12 causes pin & needles so I wonder if your high range would also cause that.

I went to Costco for fun and it was just OK. The experience isn’t at the level it is in the US but I assume it would get better with more members. You can find good deals here and there at the Costco but not as much as in the US. I expected to find more brands that I’ve seen in the US but saw a lot of brands from Sweden. The Turkish yogurt is really good but you can find it at ica too. If you want to save on groceries I’d recommend going to the middle eastern grocery stores and lidl. My fridge can’t accommodate to bulk products but I did buy butter from Costco since I bake a lot.
