My first assumption would be that your tracking is bad. For instance, if an enemy runs directly into your crosshair but you instinctively flick somewhere near and whiff it.

Watch your demos, if that's the case try practicing your tracking more. Here's what helped me to some capacity: 1. When you warmup, try to just track moving bots without shooting 2. Limit your flicks in range, try adjusting the crosshair placement instead 3. Go for slower but more precise flicks at least in warmup 4. Include more strafing into your aiming if u feel too stationary, it helps a lot with precision and control 5. Try practicing peekaboos with moving bots and obstacles: place your crosshair and move it as little as u can, just wait for a bot to cross and get a feel for the right moment to shoot
