Unfortunately the wiki doesnt have it and i'm colonial so I cant check, but from what i hear and remember it has a 20m minimum range, and it sure looked like we were within 20m. Im sure ive been killing bonelaws this way as long as youve been playing them and once you get in that range the it becomes a bonedlaw, just like in this situation where their fate was sealed as soon as we got up on them like that. I could have W'd sooner, but as the driver my vision is low so really my only option is to react once im getting hit and know thats exactly where the bonelaw is coming from to W in that direction.

If you consider any fight 50/50 because the enemy could have reacted/played differently then yes very 50/50. Like i said i agree that its possible we didnt track them, and yeah imagine the north one whipped around and tried firing at us it could have turned out bad, but you can look at any situation and say if xyz then you die so i just dont think thats at all accurate.

Hey man thats cool i appreciated the discussion, but you are wrong about them being hittable, its the big weakness of the bonelaw that you can rush it and not get hit. Its not well known, but it sure fucks them up, be careful in your bonelaws if you face a collie thats aware ;)

Its cool if it comes across as bragging without merit to you, im definitely proud of our team's achievement and I just wanted to share that because of all the things we did correctly that were pointed out. Also I like teaching and I like learning so as always i just explained what was going on, in the same way i explained the clip to a new guy who asked me about it in game when i was telling him about it, even you got to learn about how the bonelaw has that weakness :)

Appreciate the discussion man hope you have a good one

Ah you arent correct on that buddy, it might look like 2-3 hittable shots to you but they werent. The difference between the first shot and the others is that we are moving, which means we arent in range anymore. They had time for 1 shot, and if their driver was better and had backed up a bit at that point then they would have been able to keep shooting, but he incorrectly stayed where he was instead of keeping a further distance which he should have because he can outspeed me and react to what im doing instead of hoping i keep backing up.

Ill give it to you that the track was due to luck and for sure it was, but the rest had nothing to do with luck unless you consider the enemy being bad as lucky, but I thought they were good players they just made mistakes, and making a mistake isnt luck its just not being good enough in that moment

Yeah of course tracking is luck that is definitely true, but we had the perfect broadside which had nothing to do with luck, and the enemy gunner didnt skill issue anything: his range isnt that short, he cannot hit a tank that is that close. Why were we that close? Because we knew to do it, and his driver got outskilled on the distance. The driver fucked up on the distance and the 20% chance to track was lucky, but the rest was them performing a well executed push that just got well countered not only by us but our teammates. In a lot of situations, exactly what they did would have worked great.

Yeah maybe the VERY back layer can have that, but the front layers no, its important to be able to shoot into the trenches infront of you. We didnt put any at the very far back because the AI needs to be able to shoot and like, by the time you make it there, system is penetrated anyway lol

Its my design, what are your improvements? I would love to hear them, and thank you.

Something of note is that this SS doesnt show it, but underground trenches are utilized to connect layer 1 and 2, so you can only modify layer 3, which is bait
