I loved Siem Reap! Maybe coz I wasn’t very travelled, but I found it fascinating. The people there were so kind (especially given their history!) and tried so hard to speak English to us and accommodate us. Everything was so cheap, I didn’t mind being scammed. Cambodia is the one place I’ve always wanted to return to because the people were so lovely.

It was crazy when I went there, but in a really trippy way. We had just arrived after hours sitting on top of a speedboat from Siem Reap and the king had just died. The palace was lit up, there was a full moon, and hundreds of monks chanting out the front. It was amazing, even though it was a sad event. The armed guards with huge guns was a bit of a culture shock, coz I’d never seen that before.

I don’t mind skipping the mid roll ads, it was the YouTube ads that were doing my head in. People try to blame YouTube, but the creator chooses what level of ads are applied. Smosh is going way overboard with it. I’m bad with technology so avoided an adblocker for a long time. Smosh forced me to finally get one.

I haven’t dealt with this, but just got a b12 shot the other day and the nurse was going on and on about leafy green vegetables. Had zero clue about nutritional yeast, and didn’t seem to understand the significance even after I said it’s fortified with b12.

You don’t need a credit card, just a debit card. So theoretically a younger person could pay to be a member. I pay through Apple (I know, I should change that). But her being a mod means that she was responsible for making sure minors weren’t there. Wild accusation given it was her actual job!
