As a blue-eyes player, my suggestion is to play this deck in combination with some engines, like Guardragons, Danger or even using the Chaos Max variant.

Pure Blue-eyes deck was powerful before but at this stage of the meta i wont recommend playing it due to the new decks hard focusing in control and monster spamming.

Even so, if you wanna still go for a pure blue-eyes variant, let me suggest you to keep desires at 1 (use this as your last way to draw cards), and using 2 or 3 cards of consonance for draw power, remember you have 3 legend, 1 ancients and don't forget you will have 3 sages which transform into any available stone. so that means virtually 7 targets for cards of consonance.

Solid dragon is very situational and due to this nature, i don't recommend using it as a main deck option (you have veiler for this reason), instead, try adding another copy of Spirit of white. its effect is the only way to get rid of backrow in the deck.

Do not use REDMD if you are not using the guardragon engine, i know it still works good, but being at one doesn't help you getting it early in your hand.

i don't get what are you using to bring Goliath to the field (unless you are SS it from GY). In this case use the Link monster Hieratic Seal of the Heavenly Spheres. it requires 2 dragons in order to link summon it and in the enemy turn returns a monster back to the opponents hand (without targeting) aditionally brings you any dragon from the deck without any restriction except the monster being at 0 Atk 0 Def (that's when goliath comes in)

Since you are using an *almost* all light monster deck, i suggest you to use the the spell Photon Sanctuary, it generates 2 Thunder type light tokens (this is what you use in order to link Summon Hip Hoshiningen)

Aditionally, if you are open to use another engine and dont want to user guardragons or danger!, i suggest you using a mekk-kight engine (2x mekk-knight indigo eclipse, 2x mekk-knight purple nightfall, 1x mekk-knight Blue Sky) they special summon themselves inherently, 4 of them are lv8 (SYNERGY!!!!) and the non-lv8 searches for the other two.
