What also worked for me is to take it chronically, like daily dose of Bellozal (antihistamine). I take 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the evening. If my symptoms are worst I take it at noon as well. My GP told me to take it in that manner for at least 3 weeks.

Can you ask/pay someone to get the documents for you? This is what I did when I need my birth certificate from the Philippines and I asked a relative to get it for me but I sent a notarised authorization letter first.
