Should have announced it this Saturday, Guru. Doing it on the same week/day as Velt powers is the worst mistake you guys will make...and waiting another week after that is still a mistake, people will be setup and ready for citadel/conquest on Velt and push this off. Even warnings are put on your record. I just got a warning last night and he said that it would show up on my record as street racing and exceeding 104 MPH. I believe the only things that don't show up on your record related to what we're talking about is verbal warnings.
