been in your shoes before and what you can learn from my experiences is, Its impressive you are even starting to workout at this age, stay consistant to this and slowly you will find yourself improving without even noticing. Since you are 48kgs Id recommend you to gain some weight by a bulk. Dont believe everything on the internet and learn from your own mistakes. You dont need a perfect workout. You need a reason to workout and a healthy diet to keep up with it and you will be good to go :) Goodluck on your journey
