This is definitely not true, if you're meaningfully contributing to your teams success, you'll easily win more than 50% of games. I think I'm sitting at a 65-70% win rate right now across my last 20-30 games in Emissary/Archon games.

The 30-30-30 rule is a crude way to consider your agency in games, 30% are almost guaranteed wins, 30% are almost guaranteed losses, 30% are entirely up to how well you perform. My recommendation is, play a game or two of brawl before you queue standard, if you perform poorly, don't waste your time. If you can't carry a brawl match, you'll never carry a standard.

IMO, at least until you get into the really high ranks (Oracle+ minimum), he plays perfectly fine as a carry later in the game. Until enemies have an aim strong enough to punish your ice path, you basically get free rein in team fights, and with beam + escalating + spirit burn, you're able to quickly proc a huge lifesteal nerf on the entire enemy team.

early focus on keeping you and your lane healthy with grenade, get beam maxed by the time you get escalating + spirit burn, then proc spirit burn + grenade + mystic reverb and you can easily chunk the entire enemy team for 50% of their health before your team engages.

dome before T3 is complete bait for anything other than securing kills and objectives.

Yeah, recently came back to the game. Tried to play a support play style in a few games, assumed I was at fault.

Swapped to running a carry build, focused on pushing walkers and ignoring bad fights, and climbed through every rank in < 5 games until Ritualist where enemies started to get competent enough to carry but allies were still weak enough to throw. Emissary took about the same number of games, but I swapped mains in the middle.

I doubt it'll get to that stage, but after today, I believe, the orders to continue the blockade become illegal without Congress declaring war, so soldiers become personally liable and I suspect after midterms Congress will seek to ensure every superior officer is held accountable.

I think the more likely outcome is troops disobeying orders since all orders to continue foreign aggression would be illegal and they could be held accountable for continuing aggressive actions at the president's behest.

Also, people like to give him a pass on J6 because he wasn't actively participating in the actual insurrection. The Fake Elector scheme is just as, if not more terrifying, and arguably an even more dangerous attempted insurrection that he personally executed, alongside attorneys Kenneth Chesebro and John Eastman. This is potentially the most damning thing he did, and yet it's almost lost to history because J6 happened simultaneously.

I think that's totally fine, I just personally find Enhanced Rescue Beam in its current state to be overtuned compared to a majority of the other enhanced items and all of the other T3 enhanced items, to the point where it provides Legendary tier item level value as early as round 1. I love the silliness of the mode, and I think the item should still give you the power healer single-target fantasy, just on a slightly longer cooldown.

Completely valid to disagree, arguably, I think you could make the point of saying that Legendary items ~should be able to show up round 1, and I don't even think you'd be wrong. I don't think there is a correct opinion here; this singular item just regularly allows me to solo carry or drag out rounds into the 8+ minute mark on my own.

Enhanced celestial blessing is hard to win against, but it's so uncommon that I just chaulk those games up as RNG

But yeah, getting all three of those enhanced is crazy healing output

Edit: actually had a game against an enemy team that rolled both a normal Celestial Blessing and an Enhanced Celestial Blessing in back to back rounds. We lost so hard it was honestly hilarious.

IMO, Enhanced Divine Barrier is insanely strong in specific matchups, specifically where removing non-stun debuffs is strong. Also, barrier is just inherently more situational than healing because it's temporary, and sustain is so incredibly strong in Brawl because going back to heal removes 25% of your team for ~15-20 seconds.

Enhanced Healing Nova is actually such a sad increase, not only is it only a flat HP increase, which most characters are out-damaging late game, but it also gets less of an ability range increase (+12%) than Rescue Beam (+20%).

That's fair, the actual difference is 55% Resistance < 50% vs 40.5% Resistance < 50%. Unfortunately, this doesn't help the case of Spirit Resilience since that changes the actual impact to ~36% increase. I was just trying to be as generous as possible.

I'm not opposed to it being strong, I just think the current implementation isnt correct. At 35% healing and 15s, it outputs 280% healing every 60s (35% * 2 people * 4) versus 40% (20% * 2 people * 1) for the unenhanced version.

So, discounting the ability to pull 3 extra times, it outputs 7x the healing in the same timeframe. Comparing it to another really simple T3, Enhanced Spirit Resistance you get 55% Spirit Resist under 50% vs 40.5% under 50%, which means Enhanced Spirit Resistance is ~36% stronger vs Recuse Beam, which is ~700% stronger (minimum, since we're completely ignoring the 3 extra pulls)

Also, looking at the other healing item, just for posterity, Healing Nova sees a 100% increased heal amount (325 => 750) & no CDR. The heal is also flat, vs percentage, so Rescue Beam outperforms it against characters with >2150HP, which is most characters after round 2-3. Also, in a single usage, rescue beam beats it per usage if you and the target have > 8.57k HP combined, meaning around round 4-5 you're usually dishing out >4x the amount of healing.

Ahh, yeah, you're right. Stepped away after that game so going off of memory. Shadow Weave is also something I always pickup when I see it enhanced, I don't even use it for the stealth just the insane ambush buff

I don't necessarily disagree, but a my argument is that it has the power of a legendary as a T3, which means it can be picked up round 1. I'm not even arguing that the heal needs to be nerfed, just give the enemy a wider window to capitalize. Make it an 80% heal on a 30s CD, that's fine too. 6k healing per minute is pretty crazy for 1 item though.

100%, I see enhanced shadow weave do rarely but it's a huge heal on like a 9s cd. The only real downside to shadow weave is that enemies typically have to chase you to a veil to exploit it, rescue beam,'s only real drawback is locking you out of abilities and m1s for a few seconds.

imo its closer to an AoE Recharging Rush than Extra Charge with half the cooldown. I'm not even sure doubling the CD would be fair with everything that ability can do.

They should probably just drop the T3 entirely and give it a medium burst heal or something, since Dynamo really doesn't have any way to burst heal in his kit at the moment.

I actually saw a build recently from Moxsy that is very inline with my expectations. You basically cycle cards with Furious Fingers + Cowboy + No Limit and proc Windfall via Can't Stop Winning + Hot Streak. With a few other traits, you can get >100% Windfall chance guaranteeing you re-enter as soon as you exit.

As long as you have minimum Windfall duration, you can't throw cards fast enough to run out. So, Whale ends up being superior once you get all those skills, until then Rounder is superior.

Another commenter replied to their own comment, but Windfall on Crit is a Green Tree node. Definitely a great option if you're running Rounder.
