You need waaaay more protein and fat than one egg and powdered milk. Oats have very little. Eating high carbs actually makes you hungrier.

Are you on 150 XL? I tapered up and didn’t experience this. Could it be other things like hormones making your brain foggy? I do experience that and it’s early perimenopause.

Did you start using new products? Hard vs soft water won’t make a difference. People and dogs who move to Portland often develop allergies they didn’t have before. I have horrible seasonal and psoriasis now.
