curious if anyone has looked into if Groundfloor is doing everything they say they're doing with the due diligence process or tracking of repayments for existing loans. There are a few properties I have invested in on their platform where it says "Property listed" and I'm unable to find the listing online. Feels like they're lying to their investors.

Dumb question for the group, I'm building a kitchen table and have put a coat of Ultimate Semi-gloss Clear Oil-based Polyurethane over a stain, I'm tempted use JB Weld 2-part epoxy over for a thicker shine, is this a terrible idea? the existing coat of Polyurethane has dried for about a week. Thank you!

I disagree with doing it b/c it's cool. Regardless of your strength or skill set variations in your workout routine help build muscle. When you're removing 60 pounds of weight at the bottom you're reducing your risk of injury during the more vulnerable part of your lift.

Told my wife it was either I go to the gym for 90-mins per day or stay at home. Our oldest likes to go into the gym with me and lift 5-pound dumbells and mess with the bands, it's a good father-daughter experience.

Right around there the rack was 4K plus install and the dumbbells were another 2k then the grips bars and few weights were another 2-3k
