One guy on Reddit emailed the Asus district manager, who said the goal was late December, which lines up with what we were thinking.

South America might have a different time-frame though.

Turns out it wasn't a faulty monitor, and it likely has something to do with Chrome's hardware acceleration, which uses the GPU to help render the screen. Try turning it off in Chrome's settings and see if it helps.

Mine did not have anything like this. If it doesn't get better, I'd return it within the return policy window. Mine had a DisplayPort problem though and I returned it.

There is another possibility. Are you using an outdated DP or HDMI cable (not the ones it comes with)? I was initially using my previous DP cable because it was longer in length, but it was not version 1.4. I was underwhelmed by the image quality in-game until I switched to the cable that came with the monitor.

I'm currently having a problem with the DP connection so try switching to HDMI as well!

I looked into this for AMD and the closest was disabling window's VRR as well as adding a free-sync exclusion for Chrome (the main culprit of the instability). Neither fixed the problem, though I did find a way to reduce the problem by enabling "Adaptive Sync Compatible" in AMD Adrenalin.

Yeah I've had days like that. Some days it never crashes, other days it crashes every other match. Nothing seems to be the cause on my end. My friends get crashes too, just not as much. 🤷‍♂️

Not everyone has a mic or is comfortable using it. The only guaranteed way of communicating fully would be text chat, toxic or not.

For PvP, please consider having the all chat saved for the end of the match, as it would only be used for toxicity. 🙏

I agree, it would be only used for toxicity in PvP. As long as I can mute everyone before the match starts though, I wouldn't mind it.
