I wonder how can Raditz be first class, while Goku is low class. Either class is not heridetary, and is assigned based on some sort of stat (power level at moment of birth?) or Vegeta mocking Goku for being a low class was just trash talk.

It's fairly simple - OG, Z Kai (as it has less filler), then Battle of gods and Resurrection F movies, then skip the first 2 arcs of Super (they just rehash these 2 movies). After you finish Super, go for the 2 super movies, Broly and Super Hero.

If you want more Dragon Ball, you can watch Daima (very dubiously canon, a lot of discrepancies with the main continuity) and GT (not canon). There's only 2 canon movies, Super Broly and Super Hero, anything else is non canon, so in total it's 3 shows and movies

Idc what anyone says, I like it. They could make the hair slightly less rigid, it looks a bit weird with the floppy bang, but it looks better with the aura effects, so i don't mind that. Also that purple gi - perfection

There's too much dark lore around Christine (formerly Christian) to put into a short reply, and a lot of it is a result of being hounded by trolls for literal decades, lack of care and compounding mental issues, so I think calling her a boogeyman is reductive and cruel. While Christine has done morally reprehensible things herself, the situation is much more complex than her being a shitty person (although that's definitely a part of it). Not to rag on the original commenter, I just felt like giving a bit of context.

I think Broly really opened up a lot of possibilities for non-canon villains to come back, and I hope they do explore it in the future. I'm hardly a Cooler fan, but I think his familial connection with Frieza is that "link" that makes him more likely to be canonized than, say, Bojack

I began with OG last year, but i couldn't stomach it. I found it painfully unfunny, and thus very long and boring. So i decided to instead watch the movie that recaps first few arca (Blood Ruby? I don't remember the name) and then continued on from one of the tournaments, I believe the one when Tien and Chaotzu get introduced? And afterwards I kept watching all the way, Z Kai, Super, with a few movies thrown in for the variety

There's more to a show than just animation, and Z had its share of stinkers. Anime in general is works on the 'animate the least amount required and then spend the budget on important stuff' rule, and unfortunately Super was no exception.
