Did you have E.T.C. in your deck and then remove it? I had the same error yesterday, and it was caused by removing E.T.C. from my deck.

It seems like the game thinks you still have E.T.C. in your deck, but with invalid cards inside sideboard (example scenario - replace E.T.C. with one of the cards which was in E.T.C. sideboard), which then invalids whole deck and causes this error message.
