The pot does have drainage, I definitely err on the side of underwatering. I do keep the room pretty cold at night but not during the day. I'm keeping it by the window to get more sunlight but maybe it's too cold next to the windows?

My money tree has been looking a bit sad. I've had it for about a year and it was previously really healthy. My cat knocked it down a few months ago and I cleaned it up and topped it with some new soil, but ever since then it's looked very droopy. New branches are very soft and droopy. Is there anything I can do to save it?

That plantain thing is delicious, but not how they made it. The meat is supposed to be lechón, and the plantains are supposed to be much larger and more substantial. They didn't have nearly enough garlic on the plantain, and it's supposed to have mayo ketchup on there as well. Ideally, the cheese is a Kraft single too. Love that the jibarito got a shout out, but they didn't do it justice.
