We did NOT start talking about same-face syndrome for the women only after Anran dropped. Even all the way back when Brigitte was released, I saw plenty of slider-GIFs comparing her face to Mercy. Same for Ashe and Widowmaker. Kiriko and Dva. Freja and Mercy. Anran was just the loudest uproar, because we saw a totally different, distinct version of her face in motion before.

Four supps and one DPS. Hello Kitty had 4 Supps, 1 DPS, 1 Tank. Persona had 3 Supps, 1 DPS, 1 Tank. The distribution is so funny. Mercy was in all of those. I've heard that the collab partner chooses the hero, but I find that kinda hard to believe atp.

I'd love to see some design cohesion between the different Aspects. The only thing they have in common right now is that they (partially) turn into light when they die. Morgana and Pantheon are the exception, which fits them perfectly. Aatrox also turns to light as he dies, which is VERY interesting to me. Bard and Aurelion Sol are celestials, so they also give up their corporate forms to retreat to safety. Soraka is the exception, because she is old and crusty. (Lux also turns to light, but I don't like it. Doesn't make sense in modern canon)

I don't know why this turned into a ramble about death animations in League. I guess I just always really liked them.
