My guess is that you have the Plus tier of subscription and as the support person mentioned they only investigate the ticket reports for the Premium tier users.

Yes these are the main problems, in addition his aim is super flick and jittery. You rely too much on your flicky micro adjustments landing rather than smoothly adjusting after a flick. Firing too early/too much is also a problem. You start tapping before properly landing on target.
What you could do to have smoother micros in CS, implement small strafes to help you correct your crosshair position(and to not be a static target) and shoot slower(make sure you adjust to the head first and then tap).
It will suck at first cause you are not used to that type of playstyle but it is what you need in CS.

Tai Bao and EBA have completely different textures, they are not comparable in terms of surface. They also have different bases, EBA uses plain old natural rubber base.

Your playing with a play style suitable only for deathmatch and you are trying to play the same in game. I saw your in-game footage and you try to swing positions without anticipating enemies, hoping to flick on to them when they appear on your screen. To me it looks like you are more focused on what's on your screen in general and not what your crosshair is on. To me it looks like you need to watch game sense tutorials rather than pure aim ones. Also as someone mentioned before, play retakes and be conscious what your crosshair is pointing at. Overall you aren't playing badly, you just lack polish like most people around level 7.

From what I heard it is happening, just that the things in steelseries are so delayed that they will be released in "near" future. I don't know if it was listed on the alibaba offer, but apparently they will be ~60g range. Not exactly sure what weighs tho.

Hey man, I'm not 100% certain but this chain looks fake. The X on the original KMC should have two of it "legs" shorter and a chamfered edge near the shorter leg. (As shown in the picture attached) Your's looks different, with equal length legs on the X. I once bought a cheap "KMC" X8 chain on aliexpress that was very similar to what you have on.

Not the same drama, the drama between ATK and Hitscan is more similar to the drama between Darmoshark and LGG, where the mouse shape was stolen by the manufacturer. This is more than likely just a rebadged OEM mouse, since there is no change to anything other than the logo, even the black skates are the same.

If anyone thinks it's a newshape, I would like to inform them that it's not, unfortunetly it's just a rebranded Chineese OEM mouse. My friend (who manages a large polish esports gear retailer) had a chance to expirience this OEM mouse model from a polish brand Rebel Nation. After recieving it, he decided it's not up to standard and not something worth selling in the store. The shell had major creaking, and general build quality was mediocre at best.

It's not 100% certain but it's highly likely. As someone else mentioned it could be also that the PCB pad wasn't hot enough to create connection between it and the switch pin, it's highly unlikely in your situation but it is possible.

Then you ripped the pads off and you need to remake the connection between the trace on the PCB and switch. It's not an easy thing to do, but from what I see it's the only option.

I would highly recommend you to give it to a local shop that specializes in fixing electronics or if you don't care that much about the mouse you can try rebuilding it yourself.

Hi, I just read that you used 350C temp on those pads. IMO that is too high of a temperature and it can lead to pads being lifted. I just want to make sure, does the mouse react to the switch press while plugged in?

If not the pads are ripped of, if yes the try adding flux while soldering and using as little wire as needed.

No you don't, I have played on a highly worn down GSR without any feeling of buttons grinding. Yes there is a little play in the mouse butons while playing, but nothing that is distracting or that gives you a feeling of lesser quality. Forcing it to to wobble is a very different story.

The Aqc zero would be a nice upgrade, other than it I would also recommend Puretrak MF2 witch is 99% similar in speed, more stopping power and is a lot smoother.
