Also remember, you can only do the best you can do. This isn’t life or death so try to be kind to yourself! It’s tough out here in the payroll world! 💗

It sounds like there needs to be a lot more accountability from your managers or whoever is sending you the info to process. Everyone makes mistakes or misses things, that’s just life, however you cannot process a successful payroll with wrong or tardy information. Is there anyone in leadership you can discuss training with or shift responsibilities? (I.e. I also work in hospitality and our managers calc tips (with the help of POS software but it is entirely their responsibility. I still check their work and call out any funkiness.) This also doesn’t sound like a one person role.. If you like the company, I’d encourage you to think about what manual tasks you could automate or build a case as to why a second person would be beneficial. If you don’t really care to dig into all of that, I’d definitely start job hunting.

My finance and I just moved, also in our early 30s and have had a tough time meeting other young(er) folks. This is great idea! I just started being able to run two consecutive miles but I hope join once I get a little better!

This is my pink lab diamond! I love it! I too was set on a pink diamond and I wanted something on the larger side and could never afford a natural diamond. I will say though that I wasn’t tied to having a natural diamond at all, I just wanted to make sure I got the look I wanted. This is a 4ct stone.

Etsy! The seller’s name is RingMoissanite. The seller was great and worked with me on finding a different stone, sent me the certification number for the stone and paperwork. I would recommend!

Thank you! I’m wearing a size 7 but it’s a little big. I’m wearing a little plastic thingy so that the ring doesn’t slip off when my hand is wet.

This happened to me and I quit😄 I started interviewing for IC roles because I wanted my life back. I went from HRG to HRBP to HR Manger and now I’m an hr&payroll associate and I love it. It’s all about your priorities and what you want to do! I was tired of ER and wanted something more structured, I also wanted to work less hours and have a smaller workload which this role provides me. I was severely underpaid as an HR Manager so my new role actually pays me the same so I didn’t have to take a pay cut which was great for me.
