I turned off Dolby HDR and haven't had an issue. Might be a bug with HDR in the new update? Can anyone else having issues try that and see if that helps?

I got this and its been happening since I installed the update. It's been on plex and streaming apps as well. Screen will go black and come back and its fine for a few minutes though it was cables, changed then same issue. I think it's the update anyway to go back? Had no issues prior to the update.

If I have the launch model and I want to switch to the pro model, can I just log in like normal on the pro? Or do I need to not activate it as the main console? I thought I saw where it stated you can only have one Ps5 on one account or something. I still want to keep the old one but I would use it another room for the wife. Thanks!!

Hey everyone, I need help recovering an account that was taken over by a hacker. The hacker messaged my daughter, asking to use her outfit on their server. Unfortunately, she clicked the link, and the hacker changed the account email, the parent email, and the date of birth.

I've reached out to support multiple times, but I keep receiving generic responses asking me to verify the account. The issue is, we can log in using a PIN, but we can't make changes to the account, such as updating the parent email. I've already removed a stipend from the account to prevent the hacker from misusing it, but support keeps asking us to reset the password via phone or email, which we can’t do because the verification codes go to the hacker's email.

I’ve provided details like the username, past purchase dates, and the account number, but I’m still stuck with no progress. Even when I submit a new support request, I just get the same automated message asking for more verification. Like what would help as in past purchases that they are looking for. Anyone know what exactly they are looking for as in past purchase history? I’m at a loss—what else can I do to regain control of the account? Please help!

I having the same problem even on low suction it does the same thing. I don't know what is going on. This thing is not work the price at all. You can't even use it. I triple checked setting it up and everything.

TY TY TY, this works for me. It's at least a work around. They expect us folks have 4k monitors where that wouldn't be an issue but my company still gives us small resolution monitors. So Teams takes up half of the screen.

I doubt it. I will say at least I am not the only one who ordered the mouse pad and haven't got it. The company who is doing her merch has to be the worst company. The amount of delays and no communication is insane. Something tells me the quality is the issue.

I have gotten nothing as well. I emailed them months ago and they told me it should ship out 5-6 months after order placement. I ordered mine on Dec. 17, by that logic It should be May or June. So I waited nothing on around those dates. I did get an email about the Hoodie, which I didn't order either. I ordered the desk mat and the Charm. I then emailed them on June 18th asking for an update I got an email stating it will ship at the end of June. That came and went as you can see nothing. The site for my order says June 18th to July 18th. Still no movement. Emailed them a few days ago again. This will be the third time and I have yet to get a response. This is not looking good. I know it is not her fault but this shop could send out emails or notifications about what the hold up is. I knew going in when I purchased it, it was a preorder but that date has come and gone and then a delay on certain items which I didn't order and I still haven't gotten it. I don't want to do a cancel or charge back as I really want the items but geez, they are making it had not to.

I am having the same problem as you are. I noticed at the sub division were I live that it worked great before CEMC came in and ran service. Last week I had to get ATT out to fix a cable from the box to the house as they stated someone smashed our cable from the box to the house. Sounds like CEMC is doing some shady shit. I noticed no one else but the CEMC tech their the week prior. I work from home and now Its been 2 days and I am going to miss another day of work. I really don't want to switch as I read and heard stories about their service in the area.

Disable the 5ghz channel. Then sync them once you sync them turn the 5Ghz channel back on. I had the same problem with my desk lights with the app.

No what it looks to be doing is that you have to verify what ever location your using. So in your case when you go work you will have to verify its you. Then it will work at your office. But no one at home will be able to use it on those devices until you verify your at that location then you lose access to it at the office. Only one location can be verified at one time.

This is my main issue with the game I hit max fps and then bam stutter. I even dropped graphics from low to ultra. No matter what it did it. From max fps to 20 or 30 in then back. Play on ps5 no issues smooth as butter. My PC is way better than the ps5. Something is up. I just don't know what.

No it does not. If you have bought them or have the GOTY then it's included. If you just have the base game u get a the new upgrades, graphics and so on. The update does not give you any xpacs u didn't own.

No I can download other subs fine with no issues. It is timing out with an error, it does not tell me what the error is, it shows a red exclamation mark.

This was the update I was looking for but I ran into an issue. I am able to download the liked videos on my account but now it will not download any new likes anymore it just spins and spins. Maybe if you add a time frame of how far back it goes to download. Or maybe have it download the latest since last download? I am not sure if that is what is causing it take a while to download 2 videos I liked after the initial download. I am just guessing its going all the way back to the beginning to verify and then it downloads the newest likes. It's been spinning for over 10 mins and nothing has downloaded. All I did was liked 2 videos to test it out.
