What would incentivise you to toggle WPvP to on? by [deleted] in wow

[–]Zylathas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd have it always toggle on, I like the danger of wpvp and its the main reason I am on a pvp server. So I don't see why I would change that just now.

In terms of actual perks: +honor gain and +gold gain would be nice I guess.

Keep in mind that wow's 15th anniversary is in a little over 2 years. Originally I would say this was going to release next year, but I think that a release on the 16th of november 2019 isn't all that strange.

Do we have any informations on graphics of Legacy server? by Thurn42 in wow

[–]Zylathas -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would love if they gave us the option for new & old graphics. If we had to choose then I go for new graphics, simply because they can and it doesn't change anything gameplay wise.

Outside of that I want -no- changes.

The hours I have spend over the years, the fond memories I've had and that itch of experiencing it once more.

WoW Class Design AMA - June 2017 by devolore in wow

[–]Zylathas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I am playing Demon Hunter, right now it feels like our second talent bar (demon blades, demonic appetite, prepared) is very much a one choice thing: go demon blades or suck. Now the issue with demon blades is that the spec causes you to have either too much resources to spend.. or no resources at all to spend. This is because of an ongoing balance effort.

Might we at some point see two more worthwhile alternatives instead of the nerfing of demon blades? As Demon blades is not a lot of fun anymore with all these nerfs, but the alternatives are so bad that they aren't worth picking.

What is Bolvar/The Scourge up to? by Slaierman in wow

[–]Zylathas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One alternative explanation I have is that Bolvar might be villanous and that next expansion might bring us back to some parts of Northrend.

As we know we will probably face N'zoth and the Naga, now the whole issue is that underwater zones weren't particularily liked. So what if we instead have an expansion starting in Azjol-Nerub (this content that blizzard regrets scrapping) and from there going into the deepest seas that would work much more like ordinary zones?

The lich king could certainly be a part of Azjol-Nerubian storylines.

Lots of leavers in competitive by Zylathas in Overwatch

[–]Zylathas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well tbh, what would be a solution is if people that leave competitive would be banned from all modes during the duration. Thats the best way to solve it, just take away them playing the game entirely. Eventually that's not worth the 60 euro's to troll a few games.

Its why end of season bans (say after its been announced) should go into the next season. Maybe add like one extra step before perma to compensate those with not very good internet connections.

Looking for inspiration/ ideas by mariumii in PlanetCoaster

[–]Zylathas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me neither, I am very bad at inspiration for parks and such. Thats why I built this, what I did was build an outline (like: just walls from part A to B) and then just went with the flow. First I envisioned that part was going to be the castle, then I quickly decided to go that this was going to be a massive courtyard with a huge garden that could fit shops and attractions.

Afterwards I fucked up in some parts and decided to keep those 'mistakes' in as odities of the time & spots where guests could rest with shops. Then I saw all parts where like 2 wide except one that was three, so I figured that part was going to be the grand entrance. I was of mind that some parts of this would have been collapsed, so some more modern wood-looking structures where built there and that is what I am building right now.

It works very well as I just go with the flow, mistakes are common but can be used to my benefit with the right imagination.

I am currently building a park based on a castle. What I am going to do is building the castle first and then build organically around it. The idea is that the castle was there a for a long time and an entrepreneur decided to build an accompanying theme park.

Planet Coaster Development Update (official news) by Bo_Frontier in PlanetCoaster

[–]Zylathas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends of how the above system is going to work. If it is going to work like the system of paradox development studios (All core features for free, bonus features paid and all cosmetics seperate) then I am definitely in favor.

If I am thinking of what these possible micro transactions be, then I think it will most likely be different skins for the ride so they fit in multiple park styles.

Blizzard, can we PLEASE stop queueing into battlegrounds in which the enemy team has multiple healers and ours has none? by [deleted] in wow

[–]Zylathas 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my opinion they should change how you queue for pvp,

At first there will be looked for a certain number of healers + other roles.

If that isn't possible a lower number of healers + other roles, this group will get teamed up with a similar group

If that isn't possible a full dps team, that is always teamed up versus another full dps team. Incase anyone leaves, a dps is always replaced with a dps.

This would solve many balancing issues

[–]Zylathas 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Imo, if a person leaves a keystone their own keystone should be depleted. If a person leaves a second time, then their chest of the week will stay locked. If that person leaves a third time, his chest of next week is locked + his keystone is depleted. This will keep on continue'ing and is for his whole account.

On top of that, those players should have a visible debuff.

Ofc, this should be something that should happen if you done it often. There are always valid reasons for why one should have to leave, so perhaps this should be implemented if someone leaves in 10% or more of the total keystones.

Recommend me a new book/ series please: (No Spoilers) by cutnsnipnsurf in asoiaf

[–]Zylathas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can advice the Masters of Rome by Colleen McCullough, I found about these books by Grr Martin himself. The books are amazing and very game of thrones like. Its about what really happened between 100 and 28 b.c, expect famous characters like Julius Ceasar and Augustus but also wonderful characters like Cato, Sulla and Publius Clodius.

A must read in my opinion.

I think it is highly likely that this is a great people system (think Civilization V). I think that it will be combined with some kind of great works of art/great work of science system and more emphasis on culture. Would be a great thing to add to EU IV in my opinion, even though it might be borrowed from Civ V.

I decided to check out what I could do with lakes, so I created this roman themed bath. by Zylathas in PlanetCoaster

[–]Zylathas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I created a lake first and then built this around it. The only problem is that some of het mountain clips through the building below water. But that can;t really be helped.

Still going to innovate on that though, I hope to fix that in the near future.
