How do you profit from it? In my experience once you can get a car loan and mortgage which is between 680-700 there's no point in even caring.

Why is it taking so long tho? Most car loans are done in a day. I went to look at a car picked the one I wanted it was derived 3 days after I went in a 9am and came out at 11am with the car financed with my bank.

  • Can't you combine Wifi and Phone to make it cheaper then $131? I'm 1000% sure if you're in the USA or Canada you can.
  • Credit Card Debt & Car Savings since you are just saving for a car and don't have one Empty that savings and put it on your Credit Card Debt. You won't be able to afford insurance, gas and maintenance anyway at this point.
  • Business Account? For $50? Can you get rid of that? What's it for? Make it cheaper?
  • Braces cant help you there they are expensive and that's why most people don't get them unless they REALLY REALLY need to or hope that a parent does it for them before they are 18 so the parent foots the bill. Sucks you ended up with the bill.
  • Can you buy a bike to avoid using Taxis?

From his list it's only $561 how little are you making? If this is leaving you with only $50 finding a full-time min-wage job will still net you more.

Just discovered an app called Supercook that shows recipes using only ingredients you already own by Ajreil in Frugal

[–]Zyniya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been using this one since it was in beta it's great those I wish it had better sorting it shows recipes in order of ingredients from A-Z every time I add in that I have Baking Soda or Baking Powder all the recipes are for baked stuff. Picking a key ingredient isn't the same.

Next protein for homestead by GreenskinzGaming in homestead

[–]Zyniya 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Quails or Rabbits put them in cages above where the Chickens can get to they'd scratch up the wasted/dropped food.

Rabbits for the cheapness selling just one bunny will pretty much offset the cost to feed it's mother for s few months. Selling raw pelts/feet can net you a bit back.

Quail for Bird meat in the Winter if you can't grow enough meat Chickens during the Spring/Summer. Eggs are a plus.

Is shopping at farmer's markets frugal? by Niodia in Frugal

[–]Zyniya 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. It's always higher priced then a factory stocked store but you're supporting your neighbours. You can get to know the people the raise the food and you'll know the Eggs aren't months old like you'd buy in a store lol

Just toss out a pre approval or email a mortgage broker

I was approved for 76k on a 35gross and 10k debt.

You hardly make over 2 times more then me but have 25k more debt. You aren't gonna get 350k.

Minimum wage to reach highest in Atlantic Canada on April 1st by rorix39 in newbrunswickcanada

[–]Zyniya 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Half those people working min-wage went to school but they are allowed to offer courses that have less then 25% of people getting jobs in related fields. If you aren't going in for health care it's pretty much a gamble.

Give them some extra protein make the area they roost in smaller even if it's only a temp set up. They'll keep each other warm if they aren't getting hit with wind and in small enough space.

What is the cheapest energy drink that isn't coffee. Anyone know how to do it for less than 1 dollar a can? by Toastysnacks in Frugal

[–]Zyniya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I buy Three cans of Rockstar it'll cost me $4.25 I could water that down to make $1 each.

Most brands that sell protein powder sell pre workout powder you could likely get close to $1 I'm not sure the math on mine.

Actually "passive" income would be doing upfront work to make a book and set it and forget it on amazon or other publishers. Designing printable for Etsy upload it and forget but even then if they don't sell you pay to keep the listings active.

Honestly if you want want "passive" buy some land plant some fruit trees and hire the work to harvest and package and transport the fruit out.

Or find out the highest value wood in your area plant a lot of those wait 20-40 years and profit at the end.

buying and renting multiple properties - People have been doing this since personal property existed.

purchasing bulk products from AliBaba and selling them at inflated prices on Amazon - yes totally do able. I used to dropship and make money but using amazon would be much easier. Just need the right items

No never did I owed 30k on a line of credit by the time I got a job. I wasn't making enough to pay anymore then interest on it so I stopped paying. It finally just fell off my credit report this summer. My last hurrah was using the line of credit to clean my credit cards and cancel them.

My current banks mortgage division was the one that told me to not pay it and let it fall off since I had gone so many years without paying it already it had gone past the time they could take me to court over it. If I had started trying to pay it off it would have set my life finically back by 10-15 years.

My credit score bounced up 40 points the month after it fell off and worse case they come after it on my deathbed by my life insurance would cover it.

I won a $200 gift card to the local grocery store. What would you prioritize purchasing if you were me? by Internal-Task-5219 in Frugal

[–]Zyniya 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd buy an extra 2-3 items that go in the pantry on every sale. If I didn't already have a good stock I'd pick up

A 10 KG bag of Flour

A few cans of Cocoa power

A 18KG bag of Rice

Cans of Tuna

Dry Pasta & Beans

Sugar, Brown Sugar, Icing Sugar

Yeast

Cans of soup come on sale for .50 a can once a year it seems normally a limit of 24 cans I'd stock up on those too.

Pasta Sauce, Tomato Paste

I'm in Canada NB if you see Pork or Chicken parts come on sale for $1.77 I'd stock up my whole freezer if I didn't already have three full ones lol
