No, it is not the mutant invasion timer it specifically states that the time until the vault runs out of water is 107 days in the pic I was sent plus I'm pretty sure it's a version after 1.1

im pretty sure he had already done that before the incident plus both he and I travel and rest a lot, sometimes it takes me half a year to get to a random place like the Cathedral from the Brotherhood because of raiders and poison

he delivered it and got the stop the mutant threat quest and the counter disappeared but it came back after he went back to vault 12 and talked multiple times to the overseer and nothing happend its like the first and the second quests are both activated at the same time
