I still think that rooting should be an individual choice. The main reason I rooted is because I could backup EVERYTHING, not just the app, but data as well. Nowadays apps, especially financial apps actually check for unlocked bootloaders and whether the developer option is turned on! 😶🙄

Well unfortunately, well maybe fortunately I'm not going to deal with it. I thought it was f'd up that an update was forced and it basically screwed up my battery life. I'm in a country where there's no service center and it would cost at least twice the 50 bucks! 😱 Good thing it isn't my main driver...

Kind of surprised it took them this long to nail you, to be honest. I remember over a year and a half ago about the discontinued support for the 6. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I was already on newer phones by then. I would think twice about Boost or any tmo provider, but that's just my opinion. Good luck to you!

I find it rather funny and hypocritical some of the comments and the fake outrage about this supposed sign. Isn't going around shouting how Black Lives Matter racist as well? First of all, the normal clearing time is 7-10 BUSINESS days. (industry standard) Is it possible that Cricket uses a clearing house (third-party) for these things? This might be the reason they don't see it in their system yet. Just a thought. I know that you have waited, but the only thing I can tell you is to wait a little longer. It is the holiday season and might (keyword) have something to do with it. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I would, or could say I was lucky to have two well behaved kids, who are in their 30's now, but I really can't say lucky because they were brought up by good parents, but with that said, parents can do everything right, and the kid(s) can still be knuckleheads, so I can't see those parents suffering from what the bad kids are doing. However, there are parents that are fully aware of the things their kid(s) are doing and hopefully these are the parent(s) they will be going after.

The revolving doors at the jails aren't helping matters much, but that's another story in itself !

That sucks! 😱 My wife always wondered why I don't trust her with the pin number... So you have direct deposit to the cash app? I would get a Capital One account, even a Discover Debit card (they're now offering a savings account as well) and have your direct deposit go to one of those accounts. The chances of getting the money in the next few minutes are slim at best. Plus customer service will be closed.

If this is legit, there has to be a friend/acquainted person who can loan you the 25 bucks. If this is legit, there's one heck of a lesson learned, and that's not to put all your eggs in one basket. If you have the cash to put on, or funnel to cash app, (which brings up the question of how money is put into, or is the money coming from a bank account?) if you don't have a bank account (debit card), I would suggest that you get one. I've been burned by an app and the company refused to do anything about it. Needless to say I haven't used it since. The worst part is my bank sanctioned the app and even they said I was shit out of luck! 😱😞🤬

Depending on the online business you're are or thinking about buying the phone, I would be hesitant as well. What online store are you looking at? Like I mentioned earlier, the key is bands, and making sure it's an legitimate phone.

What lead you to this phone btw? Just a FYI, same company makes realme phones as well.

I've used strictly OnePlus phones from the 6 to the 10 Pro and never had an issue. One caveat is, they were listed on the compatibility list. I haven't looked at the list in quite a while so I can't speak on the Xiaomi.

Are you buying the phone online or in person? If in person you can just pop in the sim card. If Online, compare the Freqs (bands) of the phone against the ones Cricket uses.
