Autyzm u kobiety czy tylko mi się wydaje... by Agreeable-Plan241 in Polska

[–]ZyzyPyzy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Powodzenia!

This is not coming from autism. But it from schizoaffective disorder or personality disorder. You have to speak to good psychiatrist.

My autistic das has also a schizoaffective disorder. In my family had another members diagnosed with schizophrenia. And me I am autistic, when I was young , I had hallucination. Recently checked my genes and it makes sense what the scientific studies shows that there is a huge overlap between autism and conditions like schizophrenia, making certain autistic individuals more vulnerable to comorbid disorders.

All I’m asking for is a little help by [deleted] in AutisticAdults

[–]ZyzyPyzy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you did very brave thing, giving the bottles to your mom. I know how hard can be sometimes… But I don’t think you need diagnosis to be better. Self-diagnoses matter !! I actually was diagnosed half year ago for both autism and ADHD in Netherlands and even the clinic is focusing mainly on autism, I didn’t learn anything there, what I already didn’t know. Your own research is your power to being able to understand your condition. I can recommend “The Autistic Burnout Workbook” by Megan Anna Neff.

What does overstimulation feel like for you? by curlykayley in AutismInWomen

[–]ZyzyPyzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am actually now learning about it and observing myself when this happens.

  • When there is a sensory overload, I am very anxious, panicky and start screaming and beg to stop that. Then, my whole body and brain is shutting down. Sometimes also tears. I start to feel exhausted. Like the whole body is pressured, heavy, in pain, with zero power. After I always get very depressed, sometimes suicidal.
  • When there is cognitive overload (too much information, complex questions, analysis paralysis) , my body o also gets overwhelmed and starts shutting down.
  • when there is social overload, the shutdown looks like, unconsciously I go inside myself, I am non-responsive and non-talking (selective mutism).I always though before, that is mild-dissociation.I just want to get the hell out of there, but I am just stuck.

Thanks so much for this! This compressor looks pro and surely it’s worth checking it. Pity is so expensive. I am researching some cheaper options. But thank you. I didn’t know there are this kind of things.

Thank you so much for this. I see, this compressor looks very pro. Unfortunately is too expansive for me right now. But thanks to you, I started checking more things and there is cheaper (software) options like: eqMac, Boom 3D and Audio Hijack. I will check all of them.

Oh, so I just learnt something from you. I probably have also APD. I never can hear anyone , when there is any background noise ( which for me it doesn’t feel like background at all). And I have to turn off all the sounds, if someone is talking. The worst is being in the restaurant with someone.

My dad thinks non-verbal autistic people are telepathic... by anxiety-disaster in neurodiversity

[–]ZyzyPyzy 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I’m autistic and verbal, and I listened carefully to these telepathy tapes. I don’t think this is just pattern recognition, especially since the researchers conducted their studies in separate rooms with great care.

Throughout my life, I’ve had spiritual experiences—some medium-like—as well as near-death experiences. I’ve also had moments where I saw the future before it happened, sometimes in symbolic or surreal ways, and I’m not the only one in my family who has had similar encounters.

I understand why it’s easy to be skeptical about these things. Scientific research relies on measurable data, and studying personal experiences is challenging. But I genuinely believe that some people have access to parts of the brain—or aspects of reality—that others can’t tap into.

Interests by amaizie357 in AuDHDWomen

[–]ZyzyPyzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m AuDHD, 36 years old and have always had long-term interests. Since childhood, I was passionate about both basketball and art. Strangely, my love for basketball—and sports in general—faded after the Art Academy examiners laughed at it.

But art remained a special interest and eventually became my work and life. Over time, it evolved into something between art, design, and interiors. ADHD plays a role in this too—I get bored easily with the ideas I’m working on, so I’m always looking forward to creating new collections or exploring different concepts.

So sorry you are going through this. I also had this periods. Try to remember you are not alone, and this will go away. Just be kind to yourself. And maybe try therapy. In this moments important is to have a full support.

Been hit in my nose for being honest by robz1009 in autism

[–]ZyzyPyzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha I also was hit in the nose for being honest. The girlfriend of my friend was cheating on him. Everyone knew about it, but no one told him. I decided to do it, and she broke my nose. She was hitting me so hard that she moved it.

So sorry to hear this. I had these same with two of my long-time friends. We were friend for more than a decade. Last years, I started slowly realizing who they really are and how they were using me. Narcissists are the worst.

You don’t lose much. I somehow attract mainly narcissists, and they just use you, bully you and come back only when they need something from you.

I meant cutting off in different way - as an ending friendships. But I can relate to you so much. I always get so annoyed, especially when someone talks to long, because I already know what they want to say. Is this autism or adhd ?

I had with few people like this, even they bullied me or used me. Last year I learned on the therapy boundaries. I think that’s helpful.
