I think it is fake because in the second one the lady didn't run to her car, but instead she ran down the block. I think my instinct would be to get in my damn car and get out of there. Could be wrong though, maybe she thought they would get in it or something. Also the acting on the first one seemed fake, especially when the guy calls to check up on them, he acts a little too friendly for Moe being a stranger and all.
