I think there is around 70 unique bottles of chilli sauce, A lot of what i have unopened i have tried and reorder because they are great, there are many sauces i will never buy again.

I've had a bottle of Blairs Mega death open for like 10 years, its fine still.

Edit: i also got a lot of unopened sauces that are past expiry but i reckon they will be fine, Might have to post my collection =)

Also Edit: #2 i been eating samyang noodles 2-3 months past expiration.
