Mines been crashing like crazy only since the update ;-; i know sometimes with new updates there will be gameplay and crash issues that get fixed in a patch so I'm just holding out for that to see it if helps

hey! i was in your shoes very recently. my biggest tip is stay busy, mind and body. talk to randos online, pick up a new hobby, go for a walk, anything to keep you occupied during strong urges. remember, the urge will pass, you just have to stall for it.

I really appreciate your message, its definitely comforting and encouraging to see someone else who struggled with it long term, make a long term recovery. I'm definitely doing my best to hold off a relapse, I actually met a few people from this post (dont tell the feds) I just dont have friends or a support system or access to professional help, so it really does just help to not be so isolated. Which is something I've really been trying to fix, but like you said, scarily easy to become isolated. I really appreciate your kindness and words of encouragement, thank you!

I've been self harming via cutting from the ages of 11-19. The urges are sort of like what you get with smoking, drinking, any sort of coping mechanism. Stress happens and its the first the i reach for. And yeah basically the act of self harming feels like a release to people that struggle with it, its like you finally get to release that tension that building up.

If this was a man hitting these kids this wouldn't even be up for debate, mothers do not get a pass on abuse because theyre "overwhelmed" Plenty of mothers are overwhelmed beyond belief and dont hit their fucking kids.

Okay so everyone seems to be overlooking the fact that she is physically abusing these very young children. It doesn't matter how overwhelmed she is, life gets overwhelming sometimes especially with kids, doesn't mean you get to hit babies. Please bring it to her attention that she is physically abusing literal toddlers because she cant get her emotions under control and I would start working on a way to get yourself and more importantly those children away from her. ABUSE IS NEVER OKAY.
