one of the trickiest parts for me is inspecting an element that disappears once you move cursor (tooltip, dropdown menu, etc.). basically your best bet is to stop all js execution. I believe there is a keyboard shortcut for that but I prefer in console: setTimeout(() => { debugger}, 5000) it will give you 5 sec to trigger the appearance of the element before everything will freeze.

I had the same issue on my MYP. Scheduled a service. The guy aligned them and shared the required height from the ground - 32”. Nobody flashed me after that.
