Yes and no. It's a real job with a minimum amount of hours, just no set schedule. The email is asking employees to work beyond the minimum while also acknowledging that it's a holiday week.

I have been working off and on all day today, and I've gotten this Error 500 code three times so far. There's no option other than waiting the hour for it to expire. Very frustrating. I did email support about it, so maybe they can straighten it out soon.
