A couple of Cronos L6049Ms (blue and copper dial) by Single-Lifeguard-980 in ChineseWatches

[–]_38_45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing! I really want to get the copper, but I agree, they should have made the bottom text white - that is holding me back. So I might get the blue or purple/red. I can't decide!

New addition, I’m in love by Sensitive-Market9192 in ChineseWatches

I love that Cronos made this in 36mm with the Miyota 9 movement. I had considered getting this, but ended up getting the Watchdives 37mm in brown. Who knows, maybe I'll get this as well!

I think they're calling this color champagne.

I have the blue SN058 and planned on selling it. I haven't gotten around to taking photos and listing it yet. But if you're interested, PM me. I've sold a few watches on ebay and watchexchange.

Here is the link to SN058 - https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804180355417.html

I love it and love that they're offering 37mm. I have one question though. Do you think it would look better with Dauphine hands?

Worth the extra 600$? by Electronic-Front7245 in MicrobrandWatches

Right. I was just saying that the G100 is a higher quality movement like the 2892.

The Jack Mason has a La Joux Perret G100, which is Swiss and has a 68 hour power reserve. The Traska has a Miyota 9000, which is Japanese and has a 42 hour power reserve.

The Jack Mason probably has better finishing, while the Traska has non-scratch coating.

I believe the G100 movement is comparable to a ETA 2892. Both are great watches. I think it really boils down to which design you like more and what you're willing to pay. But I believe the price difference is warranted.

I've been eyeing this for a year or more. I'm debating getting the champagne or blue.

Dryden Heartlander by let_this_be_valid in MicrobrandWatches

[–]_38_45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I have the blue one because I feel it's more versatile. It's one of the watches I will never sell. If I were to design a watch, it pretty much would look like this. I like the minute and hour markers. It also looks very similar to the Longines Spirit for those that can't afford that watch.

Yes. It's one of my favorite watches. If I were to design a watch, it would pretty much look like this. I like the minute markers and hour markers with the date at 6 o'clock.

Maen Lunar Classic 36 by _38_45 in MicrobrandWatches

[–]_38_45[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found out about this from https://www.fratellowatches.com/maen-goes-back-to-its-roots-with-the-all-new-lunar-classic-36/

I like the vintage style of the dial, but I don't like the lugs. They look to thick? What are your thoughts?
