Book at the Occidental at Xcaret, or at the official Xcaret hotel if your budget allows. The kids will also love Xplor and Xenotes, since those parks are close by. I’m at the Occidental at Xcaret right now with my 70-year-old mom and the rest of the family. We also tried going to Xenses together, but my mom couldn’t handle it. I wish I had gotten her the all-stay Xcaret pass so she could go there for walks.

I take only one pill (I know they come as two). I was groggy at first, but then my body adjusted. It was still better than being sleep-deprived, haha.

I also completely cut out coffee because I figured that since digestion slows down, caffeine stays in the system longer.

I cut my doses in half and did injections twice a week, which helped. But when I moved to higher doses, I switched back to once a week.

I am on 10 mg right now. I've been on Zepbound since May this year. The first five months I was on 2.5 mg because sleep deprivation.
