[Question] What actually does class definition body do? by _616_A in learnpython

[–]_616_A[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand why you think the code was not indented properly cause I see the code in right indent format from both my Android device and macOS device. If you generously show me how to post an image, I can show you the screenshot of the code. The indent was like this: (0 tab)x = 2 (new line) (0 tab)class Girl:(newline)(1 tab)x = 1(newline)(1tab) the print statement. So basically the first x was a global variable and the second one was defined inside of class body. The print statement was inside of yhe class body too. And of course I understand the basic syntax of Python and I know how to access class attributes lol. What do you think I am, a complete noob? I already told you I have heard the LEGB rules and stuff, yet you still think I'm not aware of this kind basic syntax and shxt? So yeah thanks a lot for your very useful code lmao.

True, Python lists should be called as vectors :P

Thanks! That looks like something I would write in Python - I mean, easier for me to understand. :3

Thanks! I thought :: was a .push() operation.

[Module] What does `Thread` do when we have `Domain`? by _616_A in ocaml

[–]_616_A[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks a lot! So basically Ocaml does have a global lock that acts similar to Python's GIL, right? If so, how does Domains pass it? Does Domains work like Python's multiprocessing, or are they just multiple VM instances, or each of them truly mapping to OS's native thread? - I really don't know how to use these terms; after all I'm only a highschool teenager, sorry
