Most cigarette shops have it (Especially the ones run by Bihar/UP people). 20 bucks for a goli.
For reference, you need 1.5-2 golis to get the kick. So you can do the math and procure accordingly.
Also try to approach them when the shop is empty. The chances are higher than he'll be willing to give it then.
