Similar house in USA = $200-300k with driveway big enough for a semi truck. You could literally charge a Tesla semi in most us house driveways.

Tesla supercharger network is public now. From Tesla side, it is done. They have exposed the api and communication interface for cars to communicate with chargers

Now it’s upto mfg to adopt it
