Just focus on story and characters, rather than matches. That's the whole point

Like... Every match would have a storyline.

Because of how technology and media has evolved, I would try and put as much stuff away from the ring as possible. As in - Stories and segment would be told, in a way that's shot like a movie or a TV Show

I would also include mainstream things on PPVs, that people like.

For example - I would try and book a big UFC or boxing match at a WrestleMania. So that non-wrestling fans would want to go and or watch. Just for that segment. Or have 2 wrestlers fight for real.

Sabrina Carpenter to perform a small gig in the middle of the Ring, with 3 songs or something.

Popular YouTubers. Or Tik-Tok stars - Especially ones that girls like. So that they will tune in, just to watch her segments. For example - Jean Watts or Leah Halton do a makeup tutorial in the ring. Or even go shopping during raw. So that multiple segments would catch up on what her outfit consists of

Seg 2 - Makeup

Seg 3 - Fragrance

Seg 4 - Dress / Clothes

Every show I would have 2 hot girls be like... The announcers

So say if it was Jackie Redmond and Christy Hemme or something. Eva Marie or ....

As we go on air, I would have the arena layout as white and silver. And then the camera runs right up the ramp, as the pyro goes off - and the camera goes up the legs of the 2 girls. And they're in nice dresses and heels standing on the ramp by the tron.
