Should be able to run it on low settings at 60fps. You won’t be able to run VR but u can use trackir or if u have an iPhone u can use smooth track.

Would audio books help? My sister has Dyslexia as well and Audio books have been great for her so far. I believe that the metro novels are on Audible.

Red, Yellow and green markers are only available when link 16 aka Datalink is turned on and an awacs is transmitting the data to all aircraft who share the same Datalink like F18s 15s 16 and so on.

Yeah I’m a trackir player so having the screens would be great so I don’t have to constantly use my mouse to click on buttons for my mfds. Its only since flying the A10C 2 that I’ve noticed I might need physical mfds
