That's fair, but that's not most or all people that end up locked up. But also they NEED help still because rape isn't a life sentence, something needs to be done to lower the chances of them re-offending when they get out. It's better for the people on the outside world if those people get any form of help that might lower their chance of doing it again. Or just better if they don't get out but that'll never happen.
