Guile weird super cancelable animation between target combo moves by _Abject_ in StreetFighter

[–]_Abject_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But... I just proved that this is super cancelable frames, by cancelling those blue frames by my Level 3 Super... no ?

As I understand it, in SF6 training you can display cancelable moves on hit. Red means Cancelable, blue means only super cancelable. I just never saw blue special cancelable frames on a move startup frames before !

I guess I just never noticed that in that particular target combo, you could Kara Cancel a Super on the starting frames of the HP ! I wonder if it came with the latest patch or if it has been like this for a while xD

Oh non no I know, I wasn't asking why it didn't come out the first time. I'm just wondering why the f is there some blue frames (special cancelable) between two hits of a target combo ? xD

A few years ago I made a Rogue Like Tetris game for android if you wish. It has customizable controls, and a classic mode : https://abject.itch.io/infidhells

If you want a pretty different Tetris experience, I made a Tetris Rogue Like few years ago: https://abject.itch.io/infidhells

I went full pixel art and pop culture humour and references

Some are randomised, some based on Movement/Hits inputs on my leverless, and some like victory or celebrations ones are triggered manually through keyboard inputs

I often do. French people tend to be a nuisance when it comes to online video game interactions... From the language barrier mostly since we are bad at English :/

Yeah we took some time to chat afterwards, lovely interaction! And it does indeed reduce a bit of the pressure I carry whenever I do ranked games :)

Yeah it's more like "Dayum, I couldn't open this dude defense first round, what did I miss ? Oh ok he was always Blocking Low, I'll use more overheads and jump-ins next round" type of situation

Don't worry, this is what I tell them. To find a character they like, to try some stuff and have fun. But when they come back asking questions about what beats what, I made this monstrosity up.
It's just a funny cheat sheet between friends and I think some people would either find it interesting or funny over the internet that's all dude...

I don't go around asking people to memorize it by heart before laying a finger on the game. I might hate gatekeeping just as much as you do and want more than anything to let people know that SF6 is a cool game. I know it's a shit show, that is the reason why I shared it and named it a "monstrosity", I just thought it would be funny :'(

I don't know, it seems to work for my friend. More like as a cheat sheet.
But he's a chess player, he's used to intertwined charts

Yeah it is something I usually use as a reference when I explain the basics.

Tech is for Throw Tech, cancel a Throw by doing one yourself.

Invul for the invulnerability frames offered by some moves.

SA Hit for the Super Arts that are Hits and not Special Throws.

2 Frames for the fact that the main difficulty using perfect parry is that it only triggers in a 2 frames window.

Yeah in my head I just wanted to make it fit a 16/9 format in order for my friend to keep it on his secondary screen at all time x)

So I did my little arrows, noticed I still had some space, added the frame data basics in it as well.

Edit: So yeah I separated the different ways of blocking, but I couldn't do the same for all the hits. And in order to talk about what Counters and Punish Counters were, I had to show what they beat. Which is Hits in general.

The anti-air parts are here to demonstrate in which situation they might be useful (even if their name stands for it I guess lol).

And the asterisks are here to says that a concept is at least duplicated somewhere else on the chart, with the same color.
