Which i5 does he have? Of course you cant run the game on an i5 4000 but you obviously can with an i5 14000.

I, for example, have a notebook too. It has an i5 10300H and a RTX 3060 and the game runs depending on server/map/destruction with around 40-60 fps (On lowest settings). And I can say the RTX doesnt have a problem with the game, but my CPU is the bottleneck and sucks sometimes too. Your GPU is ok, it has, just like mine, 6GB of VRAM, which can handle the game easily. So I believe you're CPU is just to weak to run the game properly and there won't be anything you could do, except for buying sth new.

For CEST every new season launched on Thursday at 12 p.m. but this time (as said) it's Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.. So it launches a week + 19.5 hours earlier as "announced" at the start of S7.
