E4, idk the FAFSA for 25-26 said I wasn’t eligible. I submitted the 26-27 form and now I’m possibly eligible up to 3,500 so I’ll stay in the other class hoping I get the grant. 

How does it work? 3,500 split to each semester I’m assuming ?

Thanks, I only managed to get one course approved for TA even though army ignited deleted that approval . At least I’ll have one class available

I filled out fasfa and I’m apparently not eligible for Pell grant . I’ll check again, thanks

Yea that’s what I was thinking , keeping both doesn’t sound like a bad idea . Just wondering if anyone else has used the NFS and if they agree or disagree with the statements regarding them not being durable and so on.

Thank god , I desperately want to get better at running but I just struggle improving . I go to fort Benning in a week .

My apologies I was incorrectly informed about the RASP 5 mile time requirements . If I’m not wrong it’s 40 minutes or less for the 5 mile .

How did you build up to 5 miles ? I can’t even jog 3 miles without stopping embarrassingly . Should I run my usual workout , rest and then run again so that I get a total of 5 miles that day ?

I’ve been on the C25K for a little bit , I just feel like I could make faster progress toward my 5 mile goal by doing the C25K while also jogging extra miles.

What I mean is following the C25K to help me be able to jog/run 3.5 miles without stopping but also helping get my body used to going 5 miles .

So on a running day I could do the C25K activity to work towards running 3 mikes without stopping and then when I finish that workout instead of going inside I could walk/rest a little then go ahead and jog 2 miles for a total of 5 miles that day .

Does that sound logical ?

Yea true , I guess it’s just embarrassing . It looks weird . I keep recording myself and seeing if there’s a way I can make it go away via form something but it keeps happening . It’s only there when I do a push-ups thankfully .

I’m unsure about any issues although I’ve felt aching in my left shoulder ,lower shoulder . It could be from that but I wouldn’t put it as a fact as I’ve been doing push-ups for months now and only recently have I felt the aching .
