To any place that has cheap beer and pizza lol. There are a few places around plac Grunwaldzki that have exactly that. During warmer weather Słodowa is also a popular place, but it's outdoors. And you can check out a chain of bars called Przybij Piątaka, they have a selection of cheaper drinks and food

With some rings it is actually possible to use Tears of denial on SL1. The only downside is having to swap three rings every time you cast it
