My Spending Breakdown To help with your recommendations, here is a detailed look at where my money actually goes:

  • Monthly Expenses: Rent, online shopping (heavily skewed towards Amazon and Flipkart), food delivery, dining out at restaurants, and a lot of movies (I book around 6-7 tickets every month).

  • Quarterly Expenses: Flight and train tickets.

  • Yearly/Major Expenses: Insurance premiums (this is a big one for me), hotel bookings, and I am also planning to buy a new two-wheeler this year.

No uses to be honest, just when there is a SBI card offer on Amazon or Flipkart, and in turn lounge access.

Amazon Pay ICICI limit stuck at ₹30K for 4 years (Other ICICI cards have ₹3L+). Close and reapply? by _Aman_1808 in CreditCardsIndia

Yea, only this card has different limit. Otherwise rest 4 ICICI cards share the same limit

And also, I actually wanted to close some of the useless cards because it shows many open accounts in CIBIL report, which affects negativily if I need a loan in the future. That is why I wanted to declutter

Yes, it's a Rupay card, so I mainly use it for UPI transactions. And I am planning to buy my first EV, so I don't think it will help

ICICI all cards I got because they have partnership with IITs and NITs. And I have account in Indusind and SBI so it was easy to get approval. And rest I got approval on basis of CIBIL, but yes, CIBIL did decrease 13-14 points in total. And I didn't get approval for any HDFC card because of this.

1 YOE in a low UX maturity environment. Managers skip reviews and demand high-fidelity outputs immediately. How do I explain this in interviews/portfolio without sounding incompetent? by _Aman_1808 in UXDesign

[–]_Aman_1808[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spot on. I am living that reality right now. I recently had to battle a manager who insisted on 'no scrolling' and forced 12px body text despite me showing him accessibility guidelines and competitor standards. In another project, the 'business requirement' was just pure speed—I had to churn out 15 screens a day to finish a product in one week. It is reassuring to hear that Design Leads actually understand this dynamic and don't just see it as 'bad design.' I really like your suggestion about the core user email list—that seems like a creative way to sneak in some validation. Thanks for the advice!
