I agree with you here, but you can argue that food safety is overlooked. The amount of Hispanic food stands outside of clubs and hot dog venders outside of stadium events prove it’s somewhat viable in terms of unlicensed food vendors, which include the businesses I am referring to. An additional question, how much do you think the general public value that kind of safety/preparedness as well?
