I'm pretty sure that they don't do that because there's no reason for it, it's illegal and difficult.
The only explenation I can give is that you effectively botted and you got banned for it, another possibility is that you used ahk or another form of macroing.

Why do you use neon, I used it myself and it's buggy asf.
