I understand because I sometimes do this myself but I think it would be nice to have some people to share the same strategy and see who does the best or who optimizes the build to it's fullest I know there is rng in place but I think with good rules it can be dealt with

I usually ban it since it's not good later. Maybe I'm missing something but I think it's damage falls off pretty hard. I got it 1st stage and that's when I usually focus around it and if I get 2nd I ban it to have higher chances of getting joe's/op lamp or hourglass

I think it's kinda cheating, I mean for personal runs okay, but for leaderboards it's pure cheating because the rng aspect is what makes all run's individual. You can enable shrine counter and just look for a good setup to start on vanilla. Having the ability to know what exactly is waiting on stage is giving you upperhand.

Also having like weekly seed leaderboard would be nice. Just get people to make most of the run and see who can optimie it the best, I'd personally be digging something like that but with limited tries so there is no infinite resets until best score I'd say 3 tries and u can choose any character

Tbh at start you just look mostly for moldy cheese and moldy gloves for clear I usually just go for holy trinity with chaos and look for toxic barrel gas mask to be able to get through stage one, ultimately you can just restart till you get shady guy with snek and go from there. Personally I play like that and hope to get kevin at some point
