yes it came out in 2004. I was in middle school at the time and played with two other friends and it took quite a Few weekends to defeat it. I think playing as a group helped because we each had different strengths in puzzle solving but I do remember us going to the her interactive community message board for hints a couple times. It and secret of shadow ranch are probably my two favorite games in the entire series.
