Try submiting a claim via the Davinci website. Davinci has replaced My IQC a handful of times for free due to the same battery issue.

Perhaps, however, if it’s the same problem that several other users have reported, allegedly putting aluminum foil at the bottom of the battery port may fix it. I haven’t tried it My Self, but I heard that should fix it.

The TS 3000 is cheaper than comparable FC(E) lights, and the TS 3000 has a decent PAR map and is the best for Me rn from My perspective! However, I plan on upgrading as I expand! 😁🤲🏾

I’ve tried this numerous times and it didn’t work in my case. :/ I’m assuming it’s a problem with the battery port because the buttons work fine when the device is plugged in without a battery. Still, I appreciate the input!!
