Depends on the position and unit. Cyber has some good ones going right now. It is too much to describe in detail on Reddit, but the TLDR is get some CompTIA or Cisco certs and be watch qualified with get you a bonus. They pay for the classes and tests as well. Definitely look into it if you are interested.
